The event does not provide a printing service on premises but these can be found in Luxembourg City (not in Clervaux!).
ISCS 2025 is pleased to offer a Family Support Fund to assist attendees who plan to travel to Luxembourg with their children. We aim to make the conference accessible and welcoming for participants with families.
Eligibility:
This fund is available to registered attendees (including authors of accepted papers) who will be accompanied by their children during the conference in Luxembourg.
Support Details:
Purpose: The fund helps cover the additional costs incurred in Luxembourg specifically because you are travelling with family (e.g., larger accommodation needs) compared to attending alone.
Coverage: We will subsidize the calculated difference between the costs for a family travelling versus a single attendee.
Amount: A minimum subsidy of up to €500 per eligible family is guaranteed. Depending on the overall demand and available resources, we may be able to offer additional support.
How to Apply:
After registering, please send us an email at general_chairs@iscs2025.com, to confirm your eligibility.
